Billie Dean Shoemate III is a painter based in Paducah, Kentucky. His work explores control, erosion, and psychological tension through layered acrylic surfaces and restrained color. He is a member of the PAPA Gallery in downtown Paducah and exhibits work internationally through Saatchi Art. His paintings are held in private collections and released in limited selections. In addition to painting, Billie maintains long-running creative projects in writing, music, and audio storytelling, developed over more than a decade of independent work.
